Domaine Pic Joan

The couple Laura and pic are true artesian Winemakers. They are living close to the sea in the heart of the village Banyuls, close to Collioure in the Langeduoc Roussillon. Their charming estate Pic Joan of 7 hectares of family wine, is located in the mountains in the terraces on the edge of the meditation sea.

They passionately select their own plots, working traditional with their grapes. They always succeed in having a deep respect for their land and its biodiversity – this is of important value and there is integrated exist in their philosophy of their way of working.

Their old traditional wines of Banyuls and Collioure are conducted with short sized, disbudding, manual harvests. Sometimes vintage in green. The fruits of the vine grapes are harvested at maturity, and their winemaking is made in small vats separating the grape varieties. They make only the best wines of high quality, gourmands, elegance with a fruity and powerful taste.
