Domaine Les Combes Cachées is the dream came true of three good friends, Xavier, Michel & Francois. All three grew up in the same village not far away from Toulouse. They all share the same feeling and passion for wines and together they found the ideal terroir in the heart of ’Minervois, Cru La Liviniere’. A famous area in the Languedoc, leaning against the piedmont of the Black Mountain, the most southern part of Cevennes.

The three partners has the same vision – to work hard and to always take care of their wines with carefulness and passion, giving their customers the best results.

 For Xavier, Les Combes Cachées is the opportunity for him to transform and market his products in an ecological and responsible way, in a friendly and team spirit. Together with his Partner Michel who started dreaming about creating magazines and specialized books, changes his opinion after visits to vineyards, and meeting winemakers that made him wanted to start a project with Xavier and Francois. Francois which is the youngest one of his two companions is very into agronomy due to his studies.
