Domaine EY is a traditional family vineyard, owned by, Patrice EY.
Patrice has a passion for organic farming and has been taken over the vineyard of 15ha planted by the last 3 generations of the EY family where the traditional farming knowledge was passed down from generations to generations.

The Domaine EY is located on the slopes of Saint-Esteve in the Pyrenees- Orientales in South France, on the border of Spain. The commune of Saint Esteve is known as the ‘Terraces of the Ancient Quaternary with its pebbles’ where the terraces are clay-silty, and the rolled wheels allow an excellent drainage of soil. The landscape in Roussillon is under the influence of the Mediterranean climate which is characterized by strong sunlight with a major influence by the ‘Tramontana’ – the powerful and dry wind of the North East.

Close to his vineyard he runs a grocery store, offering colorful freshly produced bio vegetables, which tourists come from far away to explore. Patrices’ way of running his business is influenced by a traditional way of family farming, impact by a deep interest in caring the nature and plants around them. One of the best sold wines of The Domaine EY, among the locals as well as tourists is the ‘EY Muscat’.
